Yeah I tried real hard to take pics when I was there but I did not want to look conspicuous, I was trying to get Dylan to keep the guy occupied but someone was always looking at me like I was gonna rip the joint.
Prices were well under $100.
Everything down to the documentation, clip, pouch, glossy finish retail box look right, that is until you put the mic in your hand, weighed about 75% of a real one, you know immediately, there is no mistaking.

So much funny stuff like that out there these days. I can't understand duping a mic that's already that far on the cheap end of the spectrum. It's like counterfeiting nickels. You'd have to make an awful lot of 'em to profit wouldn't you?

Do not underestimate the low cost of Chinese manufacturing.
I've been there, a good wage in 2005 was $40 per month.

Ohhhhh, I misunderstood! A counterfeit SM58 didn't make sense to my brain, so my brain refused to entertain the notion.
