The comments following that video get harsh... If i were The Edge i would be crying right now... (then i would realise im rich and forget about it)

I didn't read the comments, but can imagine.

Contrary to any opinions, The Edge is one of the most influential guitarists of the last few decades. He is in fact a contradiction in that he isn't a "shred" guy, but has influenced greatly with his sound and style. The fact that he is a founding member of a hugely and equally influential group is just a part of it.

When your "sounds" start showing up as presets in guitar processors adjacent to Van Halen, SRV, Clapton and Hendrix... it's a pretty good indicator that you've reached a certain level of influence.

I'm sure that if those making "harsh" comments about any of those guys would watch that film, they may just get their minds changes, if that have one to change.
