It appears, however, that both Midas and KT will remain independant, and retain their employees. Time will tell...

Any independence from Behringer will still have to be balanced with what is considered to be profitable enough for those holding the purse strings. That's when things change.

That's just it, if they decide that it's more profitable to be cheap, that might win over quality. It's too bad.
