Interesting to note how much easier and faster that would be today with a DAW setup.

I remember another discussion about Toto's "Africa" drum and percussion loop, and how much easier it would've been with sampling technology.

I always keep in mind that a lot of what we do in the "digital" environment has roots based in someone having worked a lot harder once upon a time to do a similar thing.
