It's a hobbyist's toy, compared to the Drawmer. It's essentially a stereo tremolo that turns the sound of your source on or off to different rhythmic patterns; rhythm can be synced via a knob, tap-tempo, or midi clock. Attack and "duty" (?) can be tweaked. It has a wet/dry mix as well. It's actually capable of making some fantastic sounds, but the inability to program your patterns is why I'm also considering something like that Drawmer; I'm real fussy about control, and don't always like the idea of my equipment making songs without me.
