I am not sure what you are using it for, but this is quite a bang for the buck.

If you want to guarantee your mixer to work for more then three years DO NOT buy a Behringer mixer.
Buy at least a Mackie, find the best one that fits your budget.

I run a pro audio repair shop, I get calls at least twice a month to repair Behringer mixers to which I reply that the repair cost is hardly worth the replacement cost. Bottom line is that this is cheap Chinese manufactured crap that is DISPOSABLE. Nobody is going out there getting $59 DVD players fixed, once they have put in their 2-3 year expectancy the are tossed and REPLACED.

I have repaired I believe two Mackie mixers so far, one needed a PSU rebuild, it had been in service near ten years, the other needed a fader replaced, it was a FIRST generation 1604!

Think about this.

I would have to agree with Alain on that one too.
It's been my experience with those Behringer mixers that they start
having catastrophic random failures after a couple years of use.

If we had a few more specifics we could make some better suggestions.

How many channels do you need?
Do you need it mostly for recording or live?
If recording what interface are you using?
Is there any specific gear you are planning on hooking it up to?

If we had this, I'm sure we could come up with a reasonable board that would suit your needs and your budget.

Another easy question to answer is, what board are you replacing?

That will give us a ball park of what you're dealing with.

Ruler,
PM me...I have a leftover MS1202 that can be yours at a stupidly good price.
I can't remember if it is the VLZ or VLZ Pro model, but can let you know if you're interested.

Either of those would be good choices. The onyx is nice too because you can add a card to it later to connect to your computer. Buying used is always smart as well though.

By interface I meant how are you getting sound into your computer. For me at least when I say interface, I mean some type of hardware soundcard that will take audio from an analog source, whether it be a mixer or a guitar, convert it into digital, and input it into a computer so it can be recorded.

Don't get us wrong we usually get the idea of what you are trying to convey, but we usually have to take the time to read it carefully because sometimes it's confusing to read the first time around.

If you choose to put effort into your grammar and spelling, then that's great, but if you don't, then I assume that this forum won't be the only place where people will comment on it.

That being said, as a fellow member of this forum, we'll still try to help you out as best we can....even if you're "bored" :-P

Going from a Yamaha to a Behringer would not be much of an upgrade.
