Good songs

Postby Jef » Tue Nov 10, 2009 12:33 pm

I had an opportunity to stop by (briefly) and check out Clinton Charlton's show in St.Andrews on Saturday. I was pressed for time so I couldn't catch the whole show but I did get to hear a couple songs from his 'Parade' album.
I would just like to comment that these are great, well written songs. When you strip them down to the basics (no band back-up) and perform them in a solo act, that's when you can really tell if they are good or not.
Good job, Clinton!

I just knew that you two would like each other! :-D

I started listening to the CD again last night and I still really like it.
