ECMA award nomination

Postby Crimson Chameleon » Tue Dec 08, 2009 7:01 pm

Hello everyone,

Here's a little self-promotion!

My old band, Down With The Butterfly, recently received our second ECMA award nomination for a video a friend of ours directed. Obviously, the category is Video of the Year and we're up against some stiff competition (especially since the other bands are still together and touring).

Unfortunately, you guys can't watch the video yet, because the director has gotten the video on a 30-some-odd film festival cross-canada tour. But I am assuming that once that is finished he'll put it up on his YouTube site. I'll be sure to let you guys know when you can check it out.

That's all. Continue what you were doing.

Alright, I've been a bit late posting this, but a computer virus has had my online presence slightly under the weather the last couple of weeks.

Here is the site where you can see the video. It is a High-Definition version, so if the video plays slow or jumpy, simply turn off the HD button.

Also, the video has been additionally nominated for Fan Choice Video Of The Year, which means we need help during this art competition popularity contest! Feel free (and obligated!) to go to this site and cast your vote for your favourite video (ours of course!).

Thanks, and enjoy.

Awesome! I'm not sure how I missed this post the first time around. Must have have been me being halfway around the world and all... I'll have a look at this after work though.
