That sounds like a very cool and educational project. I've always been interested in instrument building and repairs. I've still got a template for a bastardized J/P Bass in my garage that someday I'd like to get around to.

Thats probably what I like about my job the most. Theres nothing better than someone coming in with an old guitar and we put a couple of hours into it to make it playable. We had an Eko 12 string come in to the store yesterday that was bought 40 years ago to the day at a store in sussex. February 23 1972 is what the receipt said., its the kind of thing that give you chills.
