That sounds like a very cool and educational project. I've always been interested in instrument building and repairs. I've still got a template for a bastardized J/P Bass in my garage that someday I'd like to get around to.

Thats probably what I like about my job the most. Theres nothing better than someone coming in with an old guitar and we put a couple of hours into it to make it playable.
