The box is checked that says login automatically each visit, and yet I am never logged in automatically when I visit the site.

It doesn't bother me to have to type in my name and password each time, but does anyone know why I do not automatically login with each visit?

Strange, I'm always logged in on 3 different computers and I don't have a problem. I don't know much about computers though, I just shoot them if they misbehave, I figure that the speed holes make them go faster, no? Might it be a browser setting? Maybe you have it set up in a way that makes the browser forget login credentials.

Maybe what Malcolm is trying to convey is: If you bought yourself a cookie, it might give you the energy to try and figure out the problem! Or maybe the answer is in the dough...

If you are set up to not allow "Cookies", your browser will not "remember" you when your return to the site.

Have you tried this option on other sites and had different results?

Why not both? I bet even the Cookie Monster would contribute more than some of the other mods... ;-)

EDIT: I still love you guys. *big hugs*
