They just finished the most gorgeous and ambitious campus in the history of NSCC. It's gargantuan in size.

Why am I posting this you ask?

They are offering a recording arts program at the newly completed NSCC Campus in Dartmouth.

Of course I'm interested in any thoughts on this. Did anyone know about this? I wonder what the course is like? Community College usually does very well when it comes to teach the real world shit that people need to know. I doubt this is any different.

The cost is more than regular tuition... I'm looking into it and will post the cost once I find out.

If this were priced reasonably it could be a nice program. It seems very focused on "Engineering" which is very single tasked compared to other schools that lean toward "full package" education in music/entertainment. Hopefully it is priced accordingly.

Halifax is just large enough to have a pool deep enough to produce a decent faculty.

We'll have to keep an eye out for more info.
