Computer question

Postby roachie » Mon May 19, 2008 4:23 pm

Ok, here's the deal. I have a linksys wireless router, a laptop, and a desktop computer. The computers that are hard-wired to the router work fine (laptop included). I can connect to the router via wireless, show a strong connection, but have no connectivity to the internet.

If I connect my laptop via wireless to any other router around town, not a problem... it's just mine that won't work.

I reset the router a couple of times, dicked around with router settings, but nothing... by the way, it worked fine when I bought it, so something has changed somewhere.

Any suggestions before I give'er the boots?

Have you "repaired" the connection from within the wireless connection manager in Windoze?
