I've always wanted a guitar with enough sustain that I could go make a sandwich and come back and continue on...

Not just the sustain feature, but all the little nuances and such that you just can't do with the guitar MIDI type interfaces. I've used guitar synths before and for the most part are very difficult to play like a guitar. Usually you have to develop a new playing technique to make them work properly. This Moog unit looks as though they have overcome this little glitch so you can play it like a 'real' guitar.
