Yeah, I know.....shut up the buncha ya!
So, how long does it usually take for them to approve your application?
Can I assume that after 2 days with no reply they have effectively told me to fuck off?

I'm not sure how long it normally takes, but they handle every sign up manually to keep spybots out. So maybe it takes a few days... Hard to say.

You can assume this, if you like. I wouldn't. The GC machine can be slow and sometimes it forgets.
PS - I got me an Eminence Redcoat Ramrod. Still tweaking. But LOUD? Yes!!! Thanks for the advice.

After you posted this, I looked in their classifieds and I found a band looking for a drummer. So I called the number. I'm looking to get back into the live scene a bit more. I'll let you know how I make out. Turns out the ad was run by an old friend. I was a week late so they're auditioning someone new this weekend, that may work out. If it doesn't though, I'm expecting a call. It's a pretty sweet gig, but since there was not a lot of specific information about who it was or how well established the group was, it's likely that many people overlooked it. Especially when "Country Rock" showed up in the post.

In short, GC worked for me. I didn't even have to register to benefit either. But I may register soon though, lurking is losing it's appeal.

Good luck on the the band hunt!
