We recently formed a little Jazz/Blues project. We are looking to do festivals, corporate, hotel type gigs.
We just finished up a demo and I need to put a press kit together.
What are formats are folks using these days?
I have a idea what a EPK is, but not how to build one. Are most places accepting EPK in the city and around the Provence?
Could someone steer me to a web sight where I could educate myself on EPK creation?
Has anyone ever used Sonicbids http://www.sonicbids.com/ before? Is this a service worth looking into? Are there others like it or better?
Is anyone familiar with any booking agents that could assist me in this venture?
I am lost and overwhelmed but anxious to get this project on the road. Any and all suggestions and recommendations are much needed and very welcome.
