They don't come up fast enough. I can hit everyone that comes up, but I only get 12.

It depends, you're right though, sometimes I can only get 12 or 13. But I've been at this sucker all morning. I don't recommend you waste your time. You have more important work to do. ;-)

Well I need a bit of a head break now and again. I'm editing an audio manual about how to hook up a microwave internet system, for some companies in China. It's about 3 hrs long finished. Whole bunch of big words that I don't understand.

Wow... all of a sudden I really don't want to be your assistant.

Yeah when you do this stuff all day every day, there's certainly some days that aren't very exciting. For this stuff it's all editing so no assistant needed. I could hand the whole project off to my assistant, but since I tracked it, and made all the notes, its just easier if I do it.

I was a little pissed though, because when I was tracking it I missed a really cool video shoot.

You win some, you lose some. At least your day job is audio related... :-)

Yeah it's definitely not all bad. Plus I will get my assistant to proof it, and do the QC. Which will probably be one of the more painful aspects of this project anyways.
