So I got a new blackberry. I went in and got the new bold. Nice screen nice size speed is great and gps comes in handy to.
So I set up my email and low and behold it didn't work. So I called RIM tech support for u know support and as I'm talking to the guy I suddenly see *poof* all my messageing apps just disapeared. They guy emailed me the reload software and I tried it but then it wouldn't even turn on. So I went back to the store and got a new one and now everything seems to be ok but we will see how long that lasts.
At least I'm able to get on here from where ever I am so its all good.

First off.... Who's your service provider? I'm asking this because I'm not sure why you'd need to call someone at R.I.M. I have a Curve and it works perfectly now that it's set up.

My service. Is through rogers and since I'm a RIM dealer I get premium tech support so I always call them first.
