I thought I'd post a couple of pics of a wiring job I contracted for a local studio soon to open.

There are 24 sends and 8 returns from the drum booth to the control room. 24 sends and 8 returns from the main tracking room to the control room. 8 sends and 4 returns from the vocal booth to the control room.

For a total of 152 XLR connections thus 456 solder joints.
All tested 100% except for vocal booth send 4 which appears to had suffered a contractor's nail somewhere causing cold and drain to be shorted.

Total job including running cable, prepping cables, assembling panels, mounting connectors, terminating and lacing took 18.5 hours.
