Bought a $50 chainsaw attachment for milling lumber. I’m not building a house, just a hobby thing, and for that it works pretty well.
Once I add a 20” bar and ripping chain I’ll post some pictures of the results, as I’ve found:
a) 16” bar doesn’t cut it (punny,eh?) for the size timber I’ve got.
b) crosscut chain produces dust when ripping no matter how sharp, which clogs the chain oiler path in very short order.
